IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition in New Orleans, La. John Patronski, executive vice president of Global Experience Specialists (GES) will serve as 2011 chairman; Jacqueline Russo, vice president of Kuehne & Nagel, Inc. as vice-chairman; Tom Ackert, executive director of the Orange County Convention Center is new to the EIF board of trustees and will serve as secretary/treasurer; and Robert Kolinek, CEM, CMP, president & CEO of Helen Brett Enterprises, Inc. is immediate past chair.
